Raúl Castro is an international keynote speaker, author and consultant focused on modern leadership, Augmented Intelligence and organizational transformation. With more than 30 years of executive experience and work across more than 20 countries, he helps leaders and organizations think differently about people, technology and the future of work.

Long bio

Raúl Castro does not speak about leadership only from theory. He brings more than 30 years of experience leading real people in real organizations. After two decades at Bankinter, one of Spain's most innovative banks, and five years as an executive in companies in the Caribbean, he founded dpersonas and People Development Consultants.

Today, he works with leaders and organizations across more than 20 countries. He is the creator and host of Líderes Globales, a flagship program on international leadership broadcast on Capital Radio in Spain, and of Listening Leaders, a podcast on modern leadership.

Raúl is the author of six books on leadership and organizational transformation, with 'Augmented Intelligence AI+' published in Spanish and English. He is based in Tampa, Florida, and maintains a strong professional connection with Spain, the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
